Return Process

  Log into your M-TAC account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels, patches, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship to M-TAC

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned gear, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
